Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the administration of recruitment activities, ensuring a timely and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.

The selected candidate will conduct HR Induction/orientation for new staff, maintain human resource information system records, and compile reports from the database.

Responsibilities include updating and filing Human Resource records and documents, performing benefits administration, communicating benefits information to employees, maintaining company organization charts and employee directories.

The ideal candidate will prepare, liaise with training providers, make arrangements for employee training, document, and maintain training records.

Additional responsibilities include overall public relation activity related to HR, providing daily general administration support, and developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

A minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field is required, along with a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
