We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at MIGRITY SDN BHD.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes developing ad content, monitoring campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ads for better ROI.
  • Write engaging ad captions and assist in visual concept development for ads.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce effective ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with digital advertising trends and platform updates.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with ad platform policies and local regulations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
  3. Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance reports.
  4. Able to multitask, work independently, and manage several ad campaigns simultaneously.
  5. Passionate about digital marketing and results-driven.
