**Job Overview**
The AmBank Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Leader to lead and manage our sales force in achieving desired sales targets. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, establishing business contacts, and managing relationships for expansion of business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team in achieving desired sales targets, while ensuring overall customer satisfaction, service quality, and branch operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships to drive sales growth and expand business opportunities.
- Motivate and develop the skills of sales staff to elevate levels of performance.
**Requirements**
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with strong follow-through abilities.
