Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D and Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new products, ensuring the quality of our existing products, and implementing quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Development: Develop new products that meet the company's quality and safety standards, and are in line with market trends and customer needs.
  2. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality and safety standards, and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  3. Quality Management Systems: Implement and maintain quality management systems that ensure the quality of our products and processes.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead a small team of quality control specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of quality management systems.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements, including MESTI, ISO22000, NPRA GMP, and Halal.
  6. Communication: Communicate effectively with the management team, quality control specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of quality management systems.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food technology, chemistry, or biology.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or R&D role, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and product development principles.
  4. Language: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  5. Availability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
