To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, with a strong track record in standards maintenance, layout design, productivity improvement, and metric maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI (or similar).
