As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and generating financial reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Working closely with the finance team, you will help gather and consolidate financial data for reporting purposes. Additionally, you will perform data entry, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data within the reporting systems.

With strong analytical skills, you will be able to identify patterns, anomalies, or discrepancies in financial data and provide support to audits and related documentation.

Day-to-day general office administration, such as managing the reception desk, collecting mail, and coordinating office maintenance and parking, will fall under your responsibilities.

You will oversee office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory and aid in the monitoring of office expenses for daily expenses and other operational costs.
