Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to recommend efficient methods for strategic sourcing initiatives and process improvements.
  • The ideal candidate will source, RFQ, recommend and negotiate with vendors to optimize benefits and advantages for Boston Scientific.
  • Resolve vendor disputes with acceptable outcomes for both vendor and Boston Scientific.
  • Develop and compose bids specifications addressing Boston Scientific's needs and execute bidding processes with shortlisted vendors.
  • Assist in developing internal policies and tools necessary to implement strategic sourcing initiatives and prioritization.
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc spend analysis reports.
  • Monitor and track vendor performance through financial reviews, product performance, customer satisfaction surveys, and outreach.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining analytical processes.

Requirements

  • A degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a related field is required.
