Job Overview:

The Director Support Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support to our Directors, driving business growth, and promoting organizational success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-class secretarial and administrative support to our Directors.
  • Navigate complex purchasing activities, establishing strong relationships with overseas suppliers.
  • Analyze and present data-driven insights on purchases, costs, consumption, and other critical metrics.
  • Evolve marketing strategies and promotional plans to meet evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate engaging product presentations to customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conceptualize and execute strategic seasonal promotions, amplifying brand presence.
  • Support the development and execution of internal and external marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate in planning, implementing, and monitoring advertising and promotions activities.
  • Contribute to the success of various seminars and exhibitions.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must hold a Professional Certificate, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Junior specialists in Secretarial and Personal Assistance or equivalent are preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is necessary.
  • Skilled in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Outstanding planning, organizing, communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Malaysian citizens must have their own transportation and be based at Permas Jaya.
