About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Takaful Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for advising clients on suitable takaful plans to meet their financial and protection needs.

Responsibilities

  • Client Advising: Provide expert advice to clients on takaful plans that meet their financial and protection needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs and certifications to remain updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Claims Process: Facilitate the claims process and provide excellent customer service throughout the client's journey.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to support agency initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications
