We are seeking an experienced professional to join our KYC team as a Regulatory Risk Manager Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to team members' queries, monitoring team productivity, and performing quality checks on their work.
You will communicate workflow changes and system updates with the team, conduct name screening to identify potential money laundering/terrorist financing activities and higher-risk customers, and perform KYC and KYB reviews in support of new client onboarding and existing client reviews.
You will also conduct EDD reviews, including POA, SOF, and SOW review on high-risk customers, maintain accurate and complete records of all investigations and findings, and ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of each investigation and task.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree: In any discipline
- Experience: 6+ years in a similar role in a financial institution or crypto exchange
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, research/investigative skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
