**Business Development Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Times24 Malaysia. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business partners.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Built strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and tailor our products and services accordingly.
  • Work from a defined list of prospects to secure long-term partnerships for our car park business.
  • Ensure that our business survey is performed in accordance with project requirements and adheres to departmental standards.
  • Present our company to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.

**Requirements:**

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Corporate Sales & Marketing, Business Development or related fields; preferable for corporate sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in all forms, including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and additional advantage to Mandarin speaker.
  • Must be hardworking, self-motivated, independent, and enjoy socializing with people.
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Willing to travel and meet with potential clients/landlords.
