Purpose of the Role

The Account Support Professional works closely with the Account Servicing team, providing administrative support, managing multiple projects, and developing a deep understanding of team objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  1. Coordinate new business processes, provide research assistance, and ensure seamless project execution.
  2. Organise events, manage press tours, and facilitate review programs.

Client Management

Media Outreach

  1. Identify relevant journalists, bloggers, and analysts, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
  2. Maintain awareness of breaking news and alert the team to potential opportunities.
  3. Coordinate media interviews and press briefings.

Content Development

  1. Create engaging written content for various platforms.
  2. Develop compelling stories for traditional and digital media channels.
  3. Manage social media presence, ensuring consistency and relevance.

Reporting and Insights

  1. Track and analyze media coverage, providing regular updates and metrics.
  2. Communicate account performance and insights during team reviews.
  3. Provide detailed reports to senior management upon request.

Requirements

  1. An inquiring mind and enthusiasm for learning.
  2. Ability to work calmly under pressure, meeting deadlines with precision.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong English language proficiency.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  6. Professional phone etiquette and a flexible attitude.
  7. Bilingual abilities in Mandarin/Bahasa are a valuable asset.
  8. Pursuing a career in integrated marketing, encompassing PR, social media, data, and digital disciplines.
  9. No prior experience is necessary; we value skills and potential.

This internship offers a 3 or 6 month opportunity to gain experience, with potential for a full-time role following successful completion.
