The ESG Associate provides advisory and support for ESG initiatives, ensuring that organizations meet sustainability goals, comply with regulations and align with best practices in ESG reporting and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and maintenance of the portfolio companies policies and tools on ESG and impact.
- Support the further development and implementation of policy, strategy, and process together with the portfolio companies management team.
- Coordinate with data owners on data collection for quarterly reporting, support on analysis and reporting on performance and explore opportunities to improve data collection process and data quality.
- Develop communications materials to internal or external stakeholders including reports and presentations about the company's ESG performance in accordance with key frameworks such as Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI) and FTSE4Good requirements.
Role Requirements
An adept level of understanding of ESG concepts and reporting standards including Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.
A self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable in working independently with strong attention to detail.
