CIMB is seeking a skilled and experienced Internal Communications Strategist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective internal communications strategy that engages and informs employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the company's internal communications tools and platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly and aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Create and deliver high-quality internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all internal communications are clear, consistent and aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Min 5-8 years working experience in internal communications, corporate communications or related field.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Experience managing internal communication tools & Microsoft Products especially Sharepoint.
