Job OverviewWe are seeking an Executive Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Director, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support sales operations by preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Assist in order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with suppliers.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure excellent service.
Requirements:
- Min 1 Year experience in administration or related field.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva or other editing apps.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
- Good communication in English and BM.
- Must possess own transport.
