We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Business Operations professional to support the day-to-day operations of our Southeast Asia Consulting practice.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charts), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Outlook (email and calendar management).

  • Support Portfolio and Industry leaders in sales operations including pipeline management, sales tracking, and opportunity hygiene activities.
  • Prepare regular reporting packages such as monthly Portfolio and Industry MBRs (Management Business Reviews), which include sales analysis, WIP/AR updates, landing point performance, and other KPIs.
