Software Reliability Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Reliability Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology, Inc.
This role involves working on NAND component reliability testing, managing project schedules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful test plan execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical engineering, knowledge of CMOS device physics, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute reliability stress tests for NAND components to identify potential issues and optimize performance.
- Analyze large datasets to assess reliability capacity and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Global Quality teams to define qualification plans and review progress to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate complex technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of CMOS device physics and its application in NAND component reliability.
- Knowledge of component and system level testing, analysis, and debugging is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex technical ideas/concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems.
