Job Title: Senior SAP BASIS Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP BASIS Professional to join our team at People Profilers Vietnam. As a key member of our implementation project team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and harmonizing existing roles and authorizations concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AWS cloud infrastructure to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor cloud resources for performance and cost optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AWS cloud-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain configuration of underlying AWS cloud services.
  • Administer existing and deploy new AWS EC2 instances and related infrastructure.
  • Manage SAP landscape and environments in AWS.
  • Develop scripts for deployment, monitoring, reporting, and alerts.
  • Analyze security threats and applicability to customer environments.
  • Triage and resolve technical and user issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
  • Problem solve in user access provisioning activities.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot authorization issues.
  • Document existing authorization concepts.
  • Support role testing during implementation phases.
  • Configure and maintain SAP Security.
  • Document SAP Instances and interface.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience related to SAP BASIS and AWS.
  • Certification in SAP BASIS and AWS.
  • Strong set of skills for a customer-facing, pre-sales role.
  • Experience with creation, modification, and maintenance of SAP authorization roles.
  • Experience troubleshooting errors and access incidents regarding user provisioning and permissions.
  • Able to work in shift.

Technical Competencies:

  • SAP Performance Tuning and Monitoring.
  • Good knowledge on installation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, and NetWeaver based systems.
  • Knowledge for database such as AWS, SAP HANA, SAP ASE, MaxDB, MS SQL, Oracle, and DB2.
  • Knowledge for operating system such as Windows Server, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Experience using SAP Tools such as SWPM and SUM.
  • Good knowledge of basic IT technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VPN, Firewall).
  • Experience in working in a cross-functional team.
  • Familiar with SAP Security and Authorization concept.

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
