Job Title: Senior Taxation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Taxation Specialist to join our team at YYC & Co. As a Senior Taxation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of tax computations and compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete tax computations for companies and tasks assigned by the tax manager in a timely and accurate manner.
• Properly deal with all IRB tax correspondences assigned by the tax manager within the given timeframe.
• Manage clients effectively by responding to their issues and queries in a timely manner and escalating complex issues to the Manager immediately.
• Ensure timely submission of Form CP204 and Form CP204A.
• Respond and follow up with general tax correspondence in a timely manner.
• Organize work effectively to meet deadlines.
• Provide support to the team and work cooperatively to ensure all tasks are carried out according to instruction and in a timely manner.
• Manage the filing of tax documents into tax files in a timely and organized manner.
• Call and follow up on tax fee payment on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification and/or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance majoring in Taxation.
• Minimum 2 years and above of tax experience.
• Possess good tax knowledge.
• Good time management, planning, and organizing skills.
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people.
