About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our service operations, you will be responsible for administering service contract opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to increase local contract adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer service contract opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to increase local contract adoption.
- Manage contract warranties and service contracts in our Service Management System.
- Analyze and report warranty conversion rates and contract renewal rates to CETS and the business team.
- Engage with the business team on opportunities for warranty conversion and contract renewal.
- Support processing of service contracts and billable services.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder with at minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in order processing and contract management administration.
- Proficiency in SAP Order Processing is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills, customer-oriented, independent, and self-motivated.
- Positive working attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Resilient and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
