About the RoleThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for performing day-to-day recruitment functions and duties related to job analysis, sourcing and profiling, screening and selection, and documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough job analyses to determine staffing needs and requirements.
- Sources and profiles candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen and select top candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit with the company culture.
- Documents and reports all recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills in database management and record keeping.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
