The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in project controlling and budgeting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage project budget and resource planning, including forecasting and proposing measures to achieve project goals;
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor project progress against efficiency targets;
- Develop and establish systems and tools for monitoring and reporting purposes;
- Collaborate with the project team, review efficiency measure portfolio, and identify areas for improvement;
- Ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders through strong collaboration with global project controlling and local finance & controlling;
- Review impact of demand changes on project baseline and collaborate with HR workstream on FTE development and bluebook maintenance;
- Responsible for severance cost and special item handling and validates bookings;
- Provide regular regional information (e.g. project reports, cost and FTE development) to the global project manager, project management office, and project controlling;
- Ensure maintenance of correct master data (HR and cost) as necessary;
- Develop an overview of all projects controlling related processes, tasks, systems, and tools for knowledge management.
