As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bell Ward Malaysia, you will play a critical role in driving business success by partnering with managers and leaders to deliver expert advice and support on core Human Resources processes and people strategy initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic HR consulting to the business and leadership team, supporting organizational design and development.
- Delivering initiatives to drive key business objectives and managing associated change.
- Supporting analysis and investigation of HR issues and trends within the business area, identifying improvement opportunities and delivering action plans.
- Executing HR action plans by providing guidance to colleagues to ensure effective program implementation.
- Communicating the impact of HR initiatives, managing program roll-out to minimize disruption, etc.
- Partnering with business and HR colleagues on talent and core process initiatives (e.g., performance management, selection, workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning).
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a minimum of 5 years in a business partner capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with organizational design, change management, and talent management initiatives.
