Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing existing claims processes to identify areas for improvement and streamlining them to optimize efficiency.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements for claims solutions and documenting these requirements.
- Developing functional specifications that meet business needs and enhance the user experience.
- Implementing new systems and enhancements through collaboration with IT and development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting training initiatives to ensure successful system rollouts.
- Monitoring system performance, gathering feedback, and refining claims solutions continually.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of claims processing and insurance operations.
- Proficiency in process modeling and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
