The Role of the Senior Health and Safety SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Senior Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and clients across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HSSE advisory services to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with HSSE legal requirements for activities within hospital sites.
- Advise on HSSE improvement plans based on results from workplace inspections or compliance assessments.
- Identify HSSE hazards, conduct risk assessments, and propose risk control measures according to the hierarchy of control.
- Assist in conducting HSSE committee meetings and serve as Secretary, coordinating EPMC Meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Occupational Safety & Health Management.
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in environmental management.
- Hands-on experience in Safety & Health Management.
