We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) intern. As an ESH intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- ESH Documentation: Ensure all daily documents related to ESH are accurately updated in tracking files, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Contractor Safety: Arrange and coordinate Continental Contractor Safety Passport (CCSP) training for contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative ESH awareness videos and posters to promote a culture of safety and health within the organization.
- Project Support: Assist with basic projects related to ESH, applying your knowledge and skills to contribute to the team's success.
- Fire Protection: Maintain and update fire protection equipment lists, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Waste Management: Assist with scheduled waste management activities, promoting a clean and sustainable work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in Environment, Safety, and Health or a related field. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Canva is also essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
