Beverage Specialist

We are looking for a Beverage Specialist to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Recruit Advance. As a key member of our barista team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea.

Your responsibilities as a Beverage Specialist will include providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our extensive drinks menu, and making personalized recommendations based on their preferences.

You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have knowledge of brewing equipment and its operation.

In addition to your duties as a Beverage Specialist, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, processing payments quickly and efficiently, and checking and maintaining brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Welcome customers to the bar and provide them with menus and information about our drinks offerings
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to details such as coffee blend preferences, dairy and sugar ratios, and special requests
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and serve them promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and storage areas
• Process payments quickly and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
• Ensure that brewing equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance needs to management
