Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Admin Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all documentation related to vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform administrative duties of registration of new vehicle sales, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Provide general administrative support, handling tasks such as answering calls and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and professional working environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, demonstrating potential for growth and development within the company.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and Microsoft Office applications.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of RM 2,000 - RM 3,000, commensurate with experience.
