At Health Lane Family Pharmacy Sdn Bhd, we strive to provide exceptional customer experiences through our knowledgeable and friendly staff. As a Customer Experience and Sales Advocate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, promoting our brand and increasing revenue. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude will be essential in this role.
We seek a candidate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent. Relevant experience in the retail industry is highly desirable. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently will be necessary to succeed in this position.
