About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our U Mobile team as a Partner Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with Enterprise Businesses (EB), identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the SME market, and developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including SMEs and internal teams.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor movements to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide timely updates to management on sales progress and activities status, including weekly sales forecasts and reports.
  • Identify potential SME markets for sales acquisition and initiate business penetration programs.
About You
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field with 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals, excellent hunting skills, and ability to develop and grow new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and adaptability to changing circumstances.
