The role of Manager, Strategy Planning & Product Innovation plays a pivotal part in driving innovation within the R&D team. Reporting directly to the Head of Industrialized Business Ventures (IBV), this position involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of company innovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning and Research: Coordinate cross-functional planning between design, factory, logistics, and site teams. Utilize digital tools such as BIM, ERP, and project planning software to simulate and monitor workflows.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead R&D exercises focused on improving PPVC design, materials, and assembly methods. Evaluate and test new connection systems, structural innovations, and smart module integrations.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure project success. Establish relevant partnerships to support innovation initiatives.
