About the role
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Support the sales team in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales training programs for the team.
- Finding real problems and developing a proper way to resolve challenges effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners including management level.
- Conduct market analysis to develop and execute sales strategies to promote products.
- A minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the semiconductor-related industry or Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable individual who is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English, Mandarin, and local dialects.
