  3. Apply Statistical Methods and Mathematical Calculations: Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
  4. Drive Process Improvements and Collaborate with Teams: Drive process improvements and work collaboratively with teams to resolve problems and implement solutions.
  5. Update and Maintain IE Database: Update, review, and maintain the IE database (iBID, iTFM) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. Design and Develop Layouts: Design and develop layouts of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer-aided design software.
Requirements
  1. Education: Preferably hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
  2. Experience: Possess more than 4 years of related semiconductor assembly experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
  3. Skills: Have experience in work study, plant layout, material standard, and headcount modeling. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities.
  4. Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess good analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills.
