We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and business partners.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of sales/business development experience in the automotive industry and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. They will be able to oversee daily sales activities, plans, and business goals development, and demonstrate a customer service mindset and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and build relationships with new clients and business partners to drive sales revenue growth.
- Conduct market intelligence to identify opportunities and differentiators in relation to the competition.
- Develop offensive and defensive strategies and distribution channels to increase sales revenue and retain and expand the customer base.
- Anticipate the needs and requirements of sales outlets to achieve set targets and align with company strategies.
- Develop the competencies and harness the talents of Assistant State Managers | Executives and Sales Managers by inculcating company core and leadership competencies.
