As a Senior Cost Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, driving cost management strategies that yield successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for total cost management of projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial outputs.
  • Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and verify costs, claims, payments, and final accounts, attending project meetings as necessary.
  • Promote a proactive and professional CM role, interfacing with clients and other consultants at all stages.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with 7-9 years' experience in related fields.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience across the full range of Cost Management duties, including:
  1. Cost Estimates
  2. Bills of Quantities
  3. Value Engineering
  4. Tendering and Evaluation
  5. Contract Knowledge
  6. Change Orders
  7. Final Account close-out
Candidates with experience in commercial, corporate, and high technology sectors are preferred.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
