We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving Sell In and Sell Out in retail, working closely with our Area Sales Managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of sales orders and tire shipments.
About the Role
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales, particularly in the tire and automotive industry.
- You will be responsible for understanding the tire and retail market in your assigned area, identifying key retail players and local area sales potentials.
- With a focus on expanding tire sales from existing distributors/retailers and exploring opportunities with new customers, you will play a critical role in securing volume growth through Sell-Through productivity and growth in the white space.
- You will incorporate retail support activities, including product and technical training, into your operational plan by securing support resources to commit to the plan.
- Securing competitors' marketing, pricing, and other relevant information will also be a key aspect of this role.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related discipline is essential.
- 4+ years of selling experience from a tire/automotive industry or consumer/commercial industry, preferably with exposure in dealer networks.
- Key account management, selling skills, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
- A self-driven individual with a strong sense of urgency and excellent interpersonal and customer management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak local dialects are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
- Frequent travel is required for this position.
