Administrative Support Specialist

LS FAMILY SDN BHD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our clinic's operations, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with patients and coordinate with staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Manage documents and maintain accurate records in accordance with clinic policies.
- Handle correspondence and communication with patients, staff, and external parties.
- Assist in human resource functions such as staff scheduling and payroll coordination.
- Evaluate inventory levels and procure medical and office supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Support the clinic's operations by performing various tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate.
- Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a multitasking environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and external parties.
- Female candidates are preferred, and only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
- Must be willing to work in the Ipoh area.
