Job Overview

LS FAMILY SDN BHD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our clinic's operations, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments with patients and coordinate with staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Manage documents and maintain accurate records in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with patients, staff, and external parties.
  • Assist in human resource functions such as staff scheduling and payroll coordination.
  • Evaluate inventory levels and procure medical and office supplies as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
  • Support the clinic's operations by performing various tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate.
  • Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a multitasking environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with computer applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and external parties.
  • Female candidates are preferred, and only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
  • Must be willing to work in the Ipoh area.
