About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treatment Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, performing professional consultations, and recommending our treatment and products.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within the Aesthetic / Beauty industry or equivalent experience and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customers receive top-notch service.
  • Provide professional consultations to understand customer needs.
  • Recommend the company's treatment and products to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Work closely with superiors to achieve sales objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience within the Aesthetic / Beauty industry or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
