You will be responsible for providing support including installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, and maintenance services on various products and services.
Key Requirements:- Candidate must possess a minimum of three (3) years of working experience in the ICT industry.
- Preferable candidate with experience in maintaining and operating Windows and Linux operating systems, software, and/or associated hardware.
- Candidate must have experience in basic networking - in terms of troubleshooting LAN and WAN.
- Knowledge of database such as MSSQL and MySQL will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and work beyond regular working hours if required.
- Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
- Thoroughness, meticulousness, and good analytical skills.
