Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

In addition, you will need to have a strong understanding of interior design principles and practices, as well as knowledge of local real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Educate homeowners on the importance of making over their unit.
  2. Understand client needs and lifestyle, and provide solutions based on our services.
  3. Provide strategic solutions to increase the rentability of customer units.
  4. Perform area analysis on surrounding areas of the property.
  5. Prepare space planning, cost estimates, and quotations for homeowners.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, home renovation, and smart interior solutions.

Requirements:

  • Client servicing experience preferred.
  • Background or interest in interior design/styling, home furnishing, and property/real estate.
  • Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
  • Results-driven with a high level of accountability.
  • Great time management skills.
