Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Security Officer to join our team at Shopee.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security investigations and operations, with a proven track record of implementing effective security policies and procedures.

  • Responsibilities include investigating incidents throughout the respective region and state, executing security policies to ensure physical and system security, and implementing security standards operating procedures (SOP) and ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement security policies in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement effective security policies, guidelines, and procedures to achieve department objectives.
  • Monitor performance of security service providers, key performance indicators (KPIs), and validate monthly payments to ensure compliance with agreements.

Requirements include a minimum 2-3 years of experience in security investigations or operations, with a strong problem-solving and analytical skillset.
