We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, performing month-end closing and quarter closing in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate financial records via accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements and perform month-end closing and quarter closing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records via accounting software.
  • Perform bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations.
  • Liaise with external parties, including bankers, auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
  • Update financial records and prepare balance sheets and schedules.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CFO and management.
  • Compute estimates of company tax.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting or MIA membership.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Responsible and willing to learn.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and E-Invoicing.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage).
