Overview of the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join CDNetworks Japan Co.,Ltd. as a Presales Engineer, where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth performance and availability of our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud security solutions and network/web/application/endpoint security services.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Partner with the Sales team to provide technical consultation and qualification to prospective customers.
  • Develop technical solution design documents and technical proposal write-ups to drive Proof-of-Concepts and provide compliance response to RFQs and Tenders.
  • Deliver effective product demonstrations/presentations to articulate how to incorporate CDNetworks' Security solutions into customers' architecture and operations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Internet/Network Security, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales position, preferably with direct hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting network/web/application/endpoint security services.
  • Familiarity with cloud security solutions and strong knowledge of the cyber security ecosystem and landscape.
