Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Reviewer - Mandarin to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content on our digital platforms to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate content on our digital platforms to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and free from sensitive or objectionable material.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement content guidelines and policies that align with our company values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve the overall user experience.
  • Analyse and report on content trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in your work, meeting or exceeding established performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client policies and guidelines, as well as industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, English, or Journalism.
  • At least 1 year of experience in content review, moderation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to read, speak, and write in Mandarin.
