The successful candidate will work closely with our team to execute field welding inspections, surveillance, and quality control activities, collecting relevant records and conducting thorough analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct detailed technical assessments of welding operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  2. Verify welding parameters and consumables during operations, ensuring adherence to approved procedures and qualification requirements.
  3. Monitor and ensure the availability and suitability of welding equipment, consumables, and bevels, taking corrective action as needed.
  4. Perform pipes line up checks, verifying installed pipe/fittings comply with specifications and material traceability requirements.
  5. Carry out visual inspections and issue relevant reports, maintaining accurate documentation for future reference.
  6. Orderly collect and manage/check documents certifying tests, controls, and inspections, ensuring all welding-related records are properly retrievable within the final As Built dossier.
  7. In case of subcontractor activities, ensure correct implementation of approved Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspection and collecting relevant records.
