About the Role

As a Technical Director at FINSMART Solutions, you will be responsible for leading our technology team based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a senior leadership role that requires extensive experience in financial system development and management, as well as strong technical architecture skills.

You will be responsible for driving product research and development in the financial and securities sectors, and will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth project progress.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Development: Lead complex requirements analysis, product design, and technical implementation. Ensure high-quality product delivery and take full responsibility for outcomes.
  2. Team Management: Build and manage the technical team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, project management, and collaboration with international teams.
  3. Technical Architecture: Design and optimize system architectures for high concurrency and high availability to ensure system stability and scalability.
  4. Problem Solving: Step in to write or review code when necessary, solve technical issues quickly and accurately, and ensure smooth project execution.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Over 10 years of experience in financial system development and management, with deep familiarity with technical architectures in the financial, especially securities, domain.
  3. Experience from complex requirement analysis to product implementation.
  4. Familiarity with Spring Cloud and related technology components, and ability to lead the design and development of high-concurrency software systems.
  5. Capability of hands-on coding or conducting code reviews; possession of strong technical architecture skills.
  6. Extensive experience in building and managing technical teams of over 10 people.
  7. Excellent communication and coordination abilities; ability to collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth project progress.
  8. Proficient in Chinese and English.
