Job OverviewFocusing on quality management from new product introduction throughout the product lifecycle is crucial in this role. You'll participate in new product introductions to manufacturing by ensuring readiness of quality control systems and processes, verifying product quality monitoring and test capabilities, and addressing potential quality issues early to resolve them before production begins.
Main Responsibilities- Monitor product and process indicators to ensure compliance to quality requirements. Analyze indicators to identify trends, deviations, or opportunities for improvement. Utilize digital tools and platforms for real-time monitoring, reporting, and quality management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues including HDD feedback. Leverage data analytics tools to interpret quality metrics, generate insights, and propose actionable improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance procedures, documentation, and best practices.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks) is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, Python, or similar software).
