About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Innovation Leader to join our R&D team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new cementitious products and technologies, while ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing new cementitious products and technologies
• Collaborating with other departments, including manufacturing, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of R&D efforts with business operations and commercialization strategies
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and technologies
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of R&D activities and progress

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in science or applied science (Chemistry) plus relevant laboratory experience
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in research and development, with a focus on cementitious materials, concrete technology, or related areas
• Strong technical expertise in materials characterization, formulation development, and process optimization
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
