To drive the development and execution of OCBC Group's Disaster Recovery program, ensuring a robust framework is in place to restore critical business processes in the event of a disaster. As Regional Disaster Recovery Manager, you will lead the team in implementing policies and procedures to mitigate enterprise risk.
The successful candidate will identify industry trends, orchestrate tools, and methodologies related to Disaster Recovery, establishing a roadmap for innovation across OCBC. They will collaborate with departments and Operational Risk Management to establish Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans and procedures, ensuring they are successfully tested through automated recovery orchestration.
- Lead and manage Disaster Recovery projects and initiatives, delivering them on time and on budget through effective financial forecasting and resource allocation.
- Closely monitor Audit Observation issues and ensure compliance with the OCBC ITMP framework.
- Provide guidance and advisory assistance to project teams for DR implementation, aligning with Bank's DR policies and guidelines.
- Conduct post-DR Test debriefs, prepare Management Reports, and maintain automation for DR Processes according to industrial standards.
