Job Summary
This Compliance Assurance Analyst role involves providing independent and objective assessment of internal key controls, ensuring compliance with Zurich's Internal Control methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and audit procedures.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Assist in developing and implementing efficient financial control frameworks, supporting team members in risk assessments, and performing quality assurance reviews. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience. Fully qualified accountant/auditor (e.g., ACCA/CPA/IIA/CIA) with strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and audit procedures.
